How to observe the Sabbath?

(Especial attention on Romans 14)

Chapter 1: The Sabbath Commandment Exodus 20:8-11: “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work. But the seventh day [is] the sabbath of the LORD thy God: [in it] thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that [is] within thy gates: For [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them [is], and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.” The key point here is LABOR, called WORK through the employer or individual at home gone busy in all kinds of work, not resting on the Sabbath Day. This is contrary to God’s worship, and studying God’s word. The law on labor and rest can be applied and protects your right to observe belief or religion, especially when resting if one is trying to rest. Deuteronomy 5:12-14: “Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you……..
